Luxury mobile and affordable camps are set up in prime areas, using secluded and private camp site within
the National Parks, Private Concessions and Community based campsites.
Early in the morning you will be awoken by the sound of warm water being put into your hand basin. Early
morning breakfast is made up of cereals and toast taken around the camp fire. We then set off on our early
morning game drive activity. On occasion, we take along a picnic, enjoyed in a scenic spot chosen by the
guides, or return to camp for a cooked lunch. Some days allow for a short siesta before afternoon tea and
the evening drive. On the days where we travel, we ask you to have your bags packed before coming out for
breakfast to enable the camp crew to begin striking camp. All our private sites offer bucket showers which
are available during the day and the evening.
The tents used on these safaris are luxury, walk-in safari tents, furnished with 2 comfortable beds, linen,
blankets, pillows, bath robe, towels, and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.
Your tent will be serviced morning and evening by your appointed tent lady for the duration of your Safari….
She will be happy to make that little touch which will make you feel just at home….
Laundry service is available. Your tent Lady will generally collect your laundry in the morning and return it in
the late afternoon. Kindly remember that the laundry is washed by hand and we do not recommend you to
hand over any special care clothing.
You will have time to relax and absorb the magnificent wilderness atmosphere of these secluded private
bush camps. These safaris are aimed at the discerning guest who prefers to travel in style while not losing
the ‘real Africa’ experience.
The tents used on these safaris are dome style tents. We provide a mattress - it is up t you to bring your own
sleeping bag and pillow. The camp generally has one shared long drop toilet and one shower per six people
travelling. Showers are provided during the lunch break if in camp or in the evening after our game drive. Due
to carrying capacities of water on safari, we generally try to get four people showered with one twenty litre
bucket.
